Basic Subscription

Basic Subscription includes the following services:

1. Priority attorney response (We reserve our time for valued subscription clients. We will respond to you within 1 business day of you contacting us.)
2. Email Q&A with an attorney (up to 3 legal responses per month - a “you’re welcome” email, for example, won’t count against your number)
3. Optional contract review per month (5 pages or less). Please note that this can be swapped out for a service on our a la carte menu that is of equal or less value.
4. 5% off a la carte services

*Unused services rollover for up to 1 month. 

Payment. You will pay the full subscription price upon signing up for services. Your monthly payments will be a prepayment for the services offered throughout the month.  

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time, and you will be refunded any unused portion of your monthly prepayment. We may automatically cancel your service if you do not use the services for a certain period of time and any unused portion of your prepayment will be refunded.

After submitting your first subscription payment, you will receive a Client Intake Form and Engagement Letter that must be filled out and signed before services begin. 

Pro Subscription includes the following services:

3. One optional contract review per calendar month (5 pages or less)
4. One optional contract review/draft per month (10 pages or less) 
5. One 30-minute virtual "legal tune-up" call with an attorney per month
6. Quarterly basic compliance audit - This audit is not intended to satisfy any state or federal law or rule requirements. The goal of this service is to ensure your business is operating in accordance with any governing laws or rules. You may request this audit to be done at any time after you sign up, up to once quarterly. If there are any recommendations from the audit, and you would like our attorney to help you, we will need to enter into a subsequent agreement and fee structure.
