- Draft of one agreement up to 10 pages (e.g., Services Agreement, Independent Contractor Agreement, SOW template, NDA, License, Simple Vendor Agreement)
- One revision round based on your written feedback
- Delivery in editable format (Word)

Common options (selected via intake): payment terms, late fees, IP ownership, confidentiality, termination, limitation of liability, indemnity, venue/choice of law (TX).

Excludes: highly regulated agreements, complex financing/M&A, specialized IP prosecution.
