- You tell us about your business and how you operate and we'll identify risks and provide a curated template pack (i.e., NDA, independent contractor agreement, master service agreement/ SOWS, etc.)
- 30-minute tailored attorney review 

- Notes on your templates from attorney review and advice

Excludes: very complicated business structures with several affiliates, highly regulated businesses such as health spas, financial institutions, etc.  

Add-ons: 

- Rush ($150 for documents and attorney review within 3 business days)

- Virtual meeting with attorney ($50 for 15 minutes)
