This is helpful for businesses who want a lawyer on call but don’t want the expense of hiring a general counsel. No hourly billing unless specified for complex matters. Yes, I'm a licensed attorney in Texas. AlaCarte Law operates virtually, so we can assist clients nationwide where permitted, but we always comply with state-specific rules. If your matter requires local expertise outside my jurisdictions, I'll refer you to trusted colleagues.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for convenience. Payments are processed securely at the time of service agreement. Refunds will be issued if we can't deliver as promised, but once work begins, some fees are non-refundable. Full terms are in our engagement letter.
